Paul Kowalski Promoted to Branch Relationship Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust


Paul KowalskiWoodstock, Vermont (April 3, 2025) – Paul Kowalski has been promoted to Branch Relationship Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s Branch location in Woodstock, Vermont. He leads the retail banking team there to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families, and businesses in Woodstock and surrounding communities meet their financial goals.

Paul has extensive experience in banking, economic development, and retail management. He spent nearly a decade in bank branch management, starting as a Branch Sales Manager at Charter One Bank and later as Branch President at Merchants Bank. He then transitioned into economic development, serving as a Senior Project Manager at Springfield Regional Development Corp. Paul joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in 2024 as a Personal Banker for the Woodstock, Vermont branch.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Marist College. He has also completed coursework with the Center for Financial Training.

Paul has been active in the community. For nearly ten years, he served on the Board of Directors of the Springfield Vermont Rotary Club, which included a term as Board President. Paul also served as a firefighter/first responder with his local volunteer fire department.

Paul, his wife Elizabeth Kowalski, and their kids live in Plymouth, Vermont.
