Mobile Deposit

With mobile deposit1, there is no need to come to a branch in person to deposit money into your account. Simply snap a photo of your check to make a deposit using your smartphone. Mobile deposit is available to eligible customers through our mobile banking app.

Once you have access to Bar Harbor Mobile, you simply need to enroll in mobile deposit to start using it. Watch the video below to learn how to enroll and submit a mobile deposit.

Visit your nearest branch

Make a deposit into your account at any Bar Harbor Bank & Trust locations.

Do you have automatic payments set up for regular expenses such as utilities and telephone? Make sure to contact the vendors and provide them with your new account information. You can find the Bank routing number and your account number in your account setup paperwork or on your checks.

Bar Harbor Online gives you fast, secure access to your accounts and banking tools. From a single login, you can check your account balance, transfer funds, pay bills, view eStatements, and much more. Watch the video below to learn how to enroll in online banking.

To help you monitor transactions, you can set up alerts to notify you of account activity via email, text message, or in-app notification. There are two types of alerts: balance alerts that can be set to notify you when an account balance falls below or goes above a dollar amount you set; and transaction alerts that can be set for credits (deposits) and/or debits (withdrawals).

We notify you via email each month when your free electronic statements are available, giving you faster access to your monthly statements right from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You can also view and download your eStatements from Bar Harbor Online.
