Private Student Loan Programs
Granite Edvance offers two private student loan programs - the Granite Edvance Student Loan and the EdvestinU Private Student Loan. Both are intended for undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in school and seeking additional funding after exhausting all other financial aid resources. The student acts as the primary borrower but some loans may require a cosigner to meet eligibility requirements.
Loan amounts range from a minimum of $2,001 up to the cost of attendance minus any financial aid accepted.
Granite Edvance Student Loan
Eligible borrowers are New Hampshire residents or enrolled at least half-time at a New Hampshire-based Title IV degree-granting institution

EdvestinU Private Student Loan
Eligible borrowers are non-New Hampshire residents who are attending a Title IV degree-granting institution located outside of New Hampshire
Apply for EdvestinU Private Student Loan
Private student loans are intended to supplement, not replace, federal and institutional financial aid options. Students are encouraged to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and to consult their post-secondary institution’s financial aid office to discuss all available options.
Refinance Loan Program
The EdvestinU Refinance Loan provides existing student loan borrowers the option of combining multiple student loans into a new loan with the potential of reducing your interest rate(s) and/or lowering your monthly payment(s). Eligible loans include federal and private student loans used for attendance at a Title IV degree-granting institution.
Loan amounts range from a minimum of $7,500 up to a maximum of $200,000.
Apply for an EdvestinU Refinance Loan
Refinancing a federal loan means forfeiting the benefits associated with federal loans. We encourage you to speak with your federal loan servicer and research the options before choosing to refinance a federal student loan.
